10+ years of internal audit and enterprise risk management experience including operational and financial control processes, business process improvement, information security, regulatory compliance, corporate governance and ERM Program management; • 7+ years of managing an internal audit function including staff training and development; • 3+ years of public accounting experience including assurance, tax, business advisory and consulting engagements; • Comprehensive knowledge in International Internal Auditing Standards and Canadian GAAP, GAAS and ISO and COSO ERM Framework; and • Strong communicator and effective leader.
