I have been working for more than 16 years in different positions in Health & Safety. I started out as an simple H&S officer in 2007, and starting my own full service company in 2010 which I know manage and that grew, organically since than. As a team leader I have 14 specialised employees and more than 30 partners that which administrate more than 700 clients, big and small with national coverage. My biggest achievements were successfully our permanent company`s expansion and also implementing new business policies, developing personnel relations with partners and most importantly introducing modern day practices in each of my work roles. With my excellent organization skills combined with strong analytical ability I was able to be an effective part in achieving targets
