Sales Director • Responsible for the sales target every month, do any possibility to achieve sales target. • Providing Leadership and management to ensure sales, Supply chain, Logistics, Health safety and Environment, customer center, finance and HR to deliver GC Marketing business achieve annual KPIs & objectives on Financial, Stakeholder, Internal Process, Learning & Development. • Control delivery schedule for domestic customer to make sure that customer will get material in time. • Collaborate with logistic company to provide the right truck, route and on time delivery to customer and negotiated about service fee from port to customer. • Make a stocking plan for regular customer to ensure that customer will not face shortage of material. • Expand the market in many kinds of plastic application as per direction of head quarter. Apart of this also collect and analyze information from field trip to evaluate a business plan. • Building the sales team to explore business opportunity in each product application. • Evaluated and make a sales budget for all product application that we plan to sell in Vietnam. • Lead an advice Vietnamese staff when they have a problem with customer and also share knowledge of export, shipping document, incoterm to the team. • Crafting sales plan and lead all sales manager to ensure that everything went well according to the plan. • Forming sales strategies to keep our company reach our goal. • Build and maintain relationship with all staff. • Participate in International Fair in another country such as Chinaplas in Guangzhou and Shanghai, Propack Vietnam Chief Representative - Acts as a Chief representative of PTT Polymers Marketing - The job involves providing Leadership and management to ensure sales, Supply chain, Logistics, Health safety and Environtment, customer center, finance and HR to deliver PTT Polymers Marketing business annual KPIs & objectives on Financial, Stakeholder, Internal Process, Learning & Development- Coach, develop and grow the company staff - Lead any change management required in the country and will lead staff engagement sessions where applicable- To identify, develop and manage quality new business opportunities - Build and maintain relationship with related government bodies- Signatory of various documents subject to authority manual and legal requirements POSITION DIMENSIONS
