Edward S•••, is a Monitoring and Evaluation professional with more than 10 years experience. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in Law and Sociology from the University of the South Pacific. Since 2009 he has worked on donor (DFAT, DFID, EU, World Bank) funded development interventions. Over the last 10 years he was involved in the implementation, management and coordination of activities and initiatives in various sector programs/projects including access to justice, volunteers, urban water, labour mobility, humanitarian and disaster management, anti-corruption, NGOs, community governance and grievance management. He has occupied roles in program/project management, monitoring and evaluation, capacity development, policy coordination, and managing partnership relations with key partners and stakeholders. During the course of his experience, he has continuously developed and demonstrated strong skills in program/project management, monitoring and evaluation, representation, activity coordination, relationship/liaison management and process facilitation (including facilitation of trainings).
