I have 27 years of experience on the thermoplastics market. Interpolimer (acquired by A. Schulman), A. Schulman (acquired by LyondellBasell) and finally LyondellBasell - three company names but in fact all 26 years I have been working with my team mates to build the market position of A. Schulman. I started my job as a sales assistant involved in indirect sales, procurement activities and cooperation with other departments of the company. Then I advanced to Product Manager and Sales Manager positions which gave me the opportunity to build direct business relations to customers and create performing sales teams and that is what drives my motivation the most. As of January 2020 I am starting with my own company AKO SYSTEM and I look for business partners who need consulting and sales services in Poland and East of Poland states.
