Professional with a degree in Business Administration and specialization in Business Management, with 40 years of experience in the commercial area, administrative and financial management, business consultancy for development, intermediation and capture of business and investments in traditional companies and Startups. With his proven commercial experience, he worked with recognized success and professional advancement in medium and large companies such as IBF Forms, Xerox do Brasil, Grupo Transamérica, Grupo Golden Cross, among others. As an entrepreneur, he carried out commercial, administrative and financial management, being manager and director of several companies, with an emphasis on the service provision, internet, entertainment, bars and restaurants, concert halls, electronic security and consultancy segments. In the Bahia region he developed relevant ventures in the capital, carrying out general management (HR, marketing, administrative, supplies, event production and commercial) of bars, restaurants and concert halls. Working on highly complex projects involving structuring and restructuring commercial, administrative and operational areas, aiming to maximize results, having mastery of management tools with a focus on people and skills. Ability to adapt in different environments and cultural contexts, having the ability to build partnerships with all organizational levels, with skills to influence senior management.
