I am an innovation-seeking service & business design consultant with extensive research & social innovation experience. I graduated as a sociologist specialising in change management, worked for a decade as a public opinion, public policy and market researcher, innovation coach and startup mentor, before becoming a service design consultant working for telco & banking corporations and startups. Coming to our own strategic consultancy (after Isobar, Y&R Group and DDB) was a big challenge: besides starting a new consultancy, building a service design education programme and reaching out to the service design community. We are in the 7th year of this challenge and the evolution of the design consultancy. I've worked on more than 150 design projects since 2015 and I still believe in and am inspired by what this approach and methodology can achieve, trigger and support.
