Professional Work Experience: June 2020-To date Position: Human Resource Officer June 2020- To date : Career Management Centre Responsibilities: Actively participate in the full-cycle recruitment for all office vacancies including development of job descriptions, placing job advertisements, screening and interviewing qualified candidates,conducting reference checks,and extending employment offers. Ensure the organization’s human resource policies are compliant with legal and local labor laws. Proactively keeping employment law knowledge up to date as legislation changes. Providing employee relations support across the company. Coordinate the training, learning and development process. Payroll administration. Leave administration and tracking. Coordinate the implementation of employee welfare. Ensure staff files, employment contracts, job descriptions, and all other individual staff documentation are kept up to date. Day-to day management of departmental staff to ensure delivery of assignments,tasks ongoing development feedback and management of departmental operations.
