Within eleven years at Vanemuine Theatre I have acquired numerous different skills from Project Management to Copywriting Advertising texts and Contract Negotiations- all are not only useful in the cultural sphere but are broadly applicable. Working in an institution as such is more than just a paper work or comfortable place to spend one's office hours. At times it throws you in critical situations, stressful conflicts and among difficult people but that all has made me more reliable in solving complex problems, personable and dedicated communicator as well as detail-oriented and results-oriented team player.
