Throughout my career, I’ve led high-impact, cross-functional teams to solve complex business challenges—developing and launching solutions that generate real client value and long-term competitive advantage. I thrive at the intersection of data-driven decision-making, continuous innovation, and human-centered design, and I’ve successfully taken products and strategies from idea to in-market execution—delivering multi-million-dollar annual recurring revenue and driving sustained profitability. I've managed the full client and product lifecycle—from vision to in-market launch—ensuring client needs are met while creating a sustainable competitive advantage. I've leveraged the power of technology to deliver scalable, client-centric financial solutions that disrupt traditional models and enhance the customer experience. By consistently placing client needs at the core of strategy, I’ve led transformations that scale and sustain —fuelling growth and market leadership. Outside of work, I actively serve my community as a Board Director at Exhibition Place. I’ve also led national initiatives to support next-gen talent and DEI, including serving as National Co-Chair of RBC’s NextGen Employee Resource Group (16K+ members), where I launched mentorship and experiential learning programs such as iThrive and Masterclass. I’ve also contributed as an Executive Committee member for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Canada.
