I have 7 Years of experience in Credit Card processing while being a Client Relations Specialist. My daily tasks include: CC terminal troubleshooting, building VARs/card terminal files, reconciliation, customer support, and various other tasks. I have experience with iWork Flow, Zendesk, Excel, FDPOSManagement, Clientline, GDS. I have primarily worked with Omaha backend, Fiserv accounts with some light TSYS experience.
