Strong program and project management professional, Six Sigma Green Belt and ITIL certified, graduate of Financial Studies from AISTEDA University, Bucharest. As a VP of Operations in IPSOS, I've expanded my role and expertise in multiple areas. I've been leading teams and servicing clients from Europe to North America. Together with my teams we've shaped and reshaped many things that have helped IPSOS in maintaining as one of the global leaders in Online Market Research. We've worked together on improving end to end processes, from outsourcing and vendor management to project management, scriptwriting and data processing. Through out my career I've worn many hats. I've been working in Banking, Logistics, Business Process Outsourcing and Market Research. Be it executive, leader, supplier or client, I've enjoyed them all and learned from each as much as needed to make a difference. Looking back at my career, the one thing that I consider I’ve done best is to inspire people and to lead them into being successful. Many of them have grown from executives into managers and form managers into leaders. I see today some of them being in key roles in the companies they work for, taking decisions and growing people themselves. And I feel proud because that’s mostly what matters.
