I do care. I work transparently, self-organized, have excellent time management skills, responsible, able to work in a team and make decisions independently, friendly and kind, as well I am firm when/if it is necessary. I care about people, but at the same time I am aware that business is business and sometimes unpleasant things just have to be done. I actively participate in various testing activities, experienced in desktop, web and mobile application testing, provide creation of test documentation (checklists, test cases), reporting defects and creating quality reports, oversee QA workflow, help lead teams, lead by example, encourage a healthy, open work atmosphere and culture were I can share feedback and employees may ask for advices. I do love my job and truly believe it helps to make the world a little better, a little more correct :)
