I have spent majority of my career in the automotive industry helping organizations build stronger, smarter and more dependable supply chains. What drives me is simple. Over the years, I have learned that sustainable cost advantage doesn’t come from negotiation alone. It comes from thinking long term, choosing the right suppliers, developing the right capabilities and building teams that understand both commercial and technical depth. That’s the space where I operate best- that aligns sourcing decisions with business goals - that take ownership, collaborate and deliver - that balances cost, quality, capacity and supply continuity - through clean-sheet costing, VA/VE and supplier partnerships - with responsible sourcing and long-term ecosystem development - that builds resilient and agile supply chains capable of handling uncertainty - with responsible sourcing and long-term ecosystem development I enjoy bringing structure where there is chaos, strengthening supplier relationships and creating systems that ensure the organization can scale smoothly. Whether it’s a new product launch, a tough cost challenge, or a supply disruption, I focus on clear decision making and cross functional alignment. I believe in empowering people, simplifying processes and building supplier ecosystems that support innovation and predictable delivery. I am equally comfortable diving into technical discussions with engineering teams as I am negotiating commercial terms or coaching my team members to grow into leadership roles. Beyond my corporate role, I also share insights to help mid career professionals grow faster, especially those navigating leadership challenges, stalled growth or cross-functional barriers. Not as a “coach,” but as a senior leader who has walked the path and believes in lifting others along the way.
