I am a hospital operations manager with a medical degree from Universitas Indonesia and more than a decade of experience in government and private hospitals. My background covers emergency department, intensive care, inpatient wards and specialty cardiovascular services. In my current role as General Manager of Medical, Nursing and Ancillary Services at a private cardiovascular hospital in Jakarta, I- Lead daily clinical operations across multiple clinical and ancillary units- Promote process changes that improve patient engagement and retention- Standardize guidelines, SOPs and clinical forms to reduce waste and variation in care- Conduct market and service analysis to grow flagship services and advise shareholders on rationalizing non performing clinical contracts- Head and mentor multiple accreditation workgroups and successfully delivered Five Stars (Paripurna) KARS accreditation within a tight timeline. My style is structured, data aware and collaborative with clinicians, nurses and management. I am particularly interested in hospitals that want to combine strong clinical governance, good patient experience and sound business performance.
