With this diverse background in the industry, Curtis has the ability to educate and assist his borrowers in their lending needs much more efficiently than the typical lender or loan officer, from the initial loan application through closing. Curtis originates loans for all types of borrowers, yet one of his passions is assisting “first time” homebuyers.
