With a strong sense of empathy, I enjoy connecting with individuals, understanding their needs, and supporting their personal and professional growth.Throughout my experience with the Volunteers for Ideas and Projects Association (VIP), I have had the opportunity to combine leadership and management principles to achieve outstanding results with my team.
