Emergency Manager with a background in emergency response, program development, and management across diverse contexts, communities, and countries. I currently manage the Emergency Program Services and Search & Rescue for the Cariboo Regional District, advancing the program through strategic planning and management. I also lead EOC responses, ensuring we are well-prepared, well-trained, and have an environment where teams work effectively together. With a Master’s in Business Administration and a Master’s in Disaster & Emergency Management, I bring both strategic insight and operational expertise. I believe being a good human being is as important as being good at your job. My values are rooted in respect, fairness and authenticity!
