Working with coordination and planning is my drive. Also doing events are kind of 'the best thing I could ever imagine' and the outcome of hosting events that makes a difference in some way or another always makes me go that little extra! Great experience comes from hard work, efficient team, realistic goals and dedicated mindset. Preprations build your own succes. Agree? Experience // With only two years of preparations, I was managing the crew who recently conducted the Powerman European Championship in Run I Bike I Run in Copenhagen as Race Director. A historical event in terms of participant increase, spectators and EXPO income! I prefer working with deadlines and in dynamic surroundings. I previously lived in Singapore working within Asia’s largest Triathlon Association, MetaSport as a concept developer and coach. Before we moved abroad I finished a Master Degree from Copenhagen Business School in Political Communication & Management (2012), with a thesis of “Sport as a political tool” where the conclusion was; how different institutions can grow stronger with sport, founded initiatives and social insight as the glue. Being abroad gives you some kind tough awareness of the real world, which added a lot of courage and trust into my personality.
