Gian is Iranian/Finnish singer-composer based in Helsinki, He has studied bachelor of classical music in Tehran University. Later he graduated from Sibelius Academy of Finland where he had got his Master's degree in World music. Gian is a Tenor and has been singing opera and lied since 1997. Playing violin and piano and composing classical music and pop songs, recently he and his brother founded the middle east music band called BaranBand and they perform in Finland and abroad. singing in different choirs and working with great orchestra and conductors is another field which he is skilful at it. working with Radio Symphony Orchestra and Helsinki Philharmonic Orchestra during 2011-2015 gave him many experiences in classical and contemporary music. also he attended many master course, Jaume Aragall - Salvatore Fisichella - Jaakko Ryhänen and Seppo Ruohonen. There are opera productions which he been working in Tampere opera choir such as L'elisir D'amore by Donizetti and Aida by Verdi. At the moment Gian is studying master degree of music at University of Art Sibelius Academy in Finland. Currently he is composing music for Film,TV, Commercial, Theater, Animation and Video Game. Gian is a part time singing teacher at Sibelius Academy of Finland. Till now he has published two albums which the last one THE START has been a success in many platforms and distributed within many radio music channels around the glob.Gian sings in Italian, English, Kurdish and Persian. He is music producer and composer both in middle- eastern music and pop/main stream. Gian has been writing screenplays and has done some short movies such as The Writer (2022) and The Violinist (2015). At the moment Gian is making his first feature film which is called The Soldier.
