I am currently the Outreach Coordinator for the Caucasus Conservation Corps and a member of the Transcaucasian Trail project in Azerbaijan, which is the first world-class, long-distance hiking trail in the Caucasus.My professional background includes talent management roles in HR across Mountain Resorts, Retail, and Construction.My passion for the outdoors led me to become one of Azerbaijan's first female eco-hiking guides in 2017.I focus on sustainable trail development through strategic planning, mapping, and community engagement, aiming to deliver social, economic, and cultural benefits. I advocate for environmental ethics and Leave No Trace principles, promoting trails and ecotourism in Azerbaijan.As a World Trail Network Ambassador, I contribute to promoting, preserving, and perpetuating trails through marketing, advocacy for sustainable standards, education, and events, supporting trail conservation and awareness.Let’s connect to explore trail development, sustainability, and conservation initiatives.
