As a Human Development Facilitator, I design and lead transformative learning experiences that help individuals and organizations grow with awareness, connection, and purpose. My approach blends the depth of Gestalt Therapy, the clarity of Nonviolent Communication, and the pragmatism of coaching and mediation. Whether working with executives, project teams, or students, I focus on building authentic communication, feedback culture, and human-centered leadership. With a background in Systems Engineering (BSc), Strategic Project Management (MSc), and a PhD in Cross-Cultural Project Management, I bridge analytical thinking with emotional intelligence. Over the past decade, I’ve worked across 20+ countries, collaborating with universities, NGOs, and companies to foster learning environments where people and systems evolve together.
