I have experience of 14 years in the education sector. I developed excellent expertise in: program development, training consultancy, educational institutions management as well as training. I believe we change the world when we change how we think. What really matters in education is how you learn not what you learn. My goal in the field is to create independent learners. Thinkers who learn constantly because they employed the immense power of the free thinking brain. The motto I chose for my educational institution is:"Grow Happy". This is what happens when we learn how to learn. It is like teaching someone how to fish rather than giving him or her a fish. I also have experience of 10 years in the media field, where I excel at creating media mediums, like magazines and websites from scratch and manage to take them to higher levels and broader markets. Currently I am founder and partner in Log In Training Center, and the CEO of Leaders Entrepreneurs Magazine. on the other hand, I am a few pages away from completing my first novel, which I believe will be an addition to literature. I am highly creative, idea generator, highly productive, flexible, goal oriented, strategic thinker and problem solver, very ambitious and I know how to create value in everything I achieve. Quality of what I do represents me, therefore, I only accept the high levels. Anyways, achieving high productivity levels and maintaining highest quality possible is simply doable by implementing artistic systematic process; look at work as art. Finally, I have good negotiation skills and I know how to convince when everyone else fails. On the other hand, my entrepreneurial spirit and mentality challenges my managerial skills. I am not good team player. I embrace risk little higher than average, and I overload myself with work. I only commit to what I love to do, but when I commit I fight to the end, never give up and I achieve.
