D&B Marketing Information Services - Start up division of D&B, started as only financial staff, then became the manager of telephone sales and support. Banco Popular de Puerto Rico - designed and started the bank's first telephone sales division, then managed both the telephone sales and telephone customer service divisions. Bank & Trust of Puerto Rico - start up bank - began as the marketing person - doing product design as well as advertising and promotion, then became the person in charge of overseeing the design and implementation of the bank's branch strategy. Left to start my own retail catalog operation, now in business for 20 years. Specialties: My specialty is start-ups, taking an idea and making it a reality.
