As an Accounting professional I have been able to execute understand and lead the complete accounting cycle, including but not limited to AP, AR, Cash Management, General Accounting, Cost Accounting, Fixed Assets, Payroll, Financial Reporting, Period-end closing, Inventory Analysis, Balance Sheet Reconciliations, period-end accruals, taxes and Audit schedule preparation in order to provide accurate financial reporting in a timely manner while ensuring compliance with all the established controls… As a Finance Professional, I provide guidance and analytics on Finance Operations and seek for initiatives to improve the financial processes within the organizations I've been part of. As a Manager I believe that each team member should be involved in the strategic and financial processes while trusting in their knowledge and ability to solve problems in order to obtain results that not only fulfill the organization’s needs but also are aligned with their professional development and career journey… I thrive to learn about their strengths and weaknesses and encourage them to understand their role by serving as a mentor for them to become better professionals and develop their careers while encouraging accountability and providing guidance towards continuous process improvements. I believe that the best way to lead is providing confidence, delegation, positive energy and inspiration.
