Started my career playing for my local football team NK Slatina (a team my dad founded when he was 18) in Radenci. Then stopped playing at an early age because of my rare Refractory Celiac Disease which caused me extremely painful cramps and other problems that made sports almost impossible. Thankfully I found myself loving the Coaching side of Football and Sports. At the age of 15, I started assisting my father and another younger coach. In no time my father who himself started coaching at 18 and created Slatina, noticed my potential and love of learning and giving what I've learned to others. He saw my dedication and motivation in understanding football. At the age of 17, I was already a part of the team that led Slatina to the biggest achievement ever, 23. place at Champions Trophy U10 2019 beating ATLETICO MADRID. At the ages of 17-19, I have already coached and led my age selection (2009) in around 40 tournaments in which we almost every time came top 3, coming 1st 23 times. In the 2021/22 season, we also won the U13 and U15 league in our Region of Slovenia without losing a single match in both selections. My first age group 2009 was so good they played with 2years older boys in U15. At 19 I Co-Founded Football School ŠD Slatina Sparta to continue producing top football players. I also started coaching and going to tournaments with younger age groups (2011, 2012, 2013) again coming top 3 was a normal thing. In local Regional tournaments, we basically had no competitor apart from NŠ Mura form time to time. In 2022 I organized a U10 and U11 tournament in the name of NK Celje and ŠD Nevron for their Winter League in which we and other big teams in Slovenia participated (NK Triglav Kranj, NK Celje, NK Aluminij, NK Radomlje, NŠ Mura, NK Grosuplje, NK Drava) In 2023 in the name of ŠD Slatina Sparta, I organized a Football Tournament composed of some of the best teams in the Balkan Region and Austria. I called it "Turnir Prijateljstva" or The Tournament of Friendship because it was meant for strong games between some of the best teams and the meeting of people from different clubs, not only for competition. Some big names that participated: FK Crvena Zvezda (Red Star Belgrade), SK Sturm Graz, NK Maribor, NK Olimpija, FC Koper, NK Celje, NŠ Mura, OFK Sarajevo. Now I still work as a Football Coach and Event Organizer while also building my Computer Science and Information and Communications Technology career. I've coached a lot of players who now play in 1st / 2nd division of Slovenia, Croatia, Austria and even for the Slovenian National Team.
