I'm a Product Designer with a variety of work experience under my belt, ranging from psychology to customer service and recruitment. I am currently working full-time at Diligent. In addition to my full-time role, I am also a co-facilitator, consultant, and mentor at xLaboratories, where I co-facilitate UX workshops, create educational material for UX courses and share my expertise with students about the industry. I am skilled in conducting UX research, including best practice studies, user and stakeholder interviews, and studying analytics, and have a passion for designing wireframes and interactive prototypes that provide meaning and delightful experiences for users.
