With over six years of experience in marketing and communications, I am a full stack marketer who can lead and execute creative and targeted campaigns across diverse industries and platforms. I have successfully managed demand generation, social listening, PR, and business operations for various organizations, including technology, NGOs, and UN agencies. As the Chief of Staff - Marketing and Process Oversight at PetStore Kenya, I define, manage, and steer the strategy at all levels in line with the global organizational focus. I am responsible for accelerating growth, optimizing efficiencies, and managing OKRs. I also act as the bridge between the various business divisions, ensuring cohesion and alignment with the long-term business goals and the company's overall strategies. My mission is to empower and facilitate the PetStore Kenya team to deliver exceptional value to our customers, partners, and stakeholders.
