Over the past 22 years, I have had the opportunity to work in several areas of the domestic banking sector, where customer and partner satisfaction has always been the most important. In the last two years, I have also experienced the importance of turnover and margin planning in retail, in addition to customer satisfaction. During my work I have gained a lot of experience in dealing with small and large partners and in contract management. In my current position, I am working to ensure that the existence of trade credit and leasing contracts do not become a "payment facilitator" in the company's portfolio, but grow into tangible revenue generating structures.
