As a positive person I am proactive and eager to take up challenges. I welcome change and new things as a possibility to learn something new. In addition to learning from experience I see studying and following industry trends necessary to keep up with the constant change. I think that the best results can be obtained by great team work. Therefore I try to inspire and bring positive energy to workgroup. At the same time I strive to meet the objectives, and reach high performance and quality. My educational background and experience in engineering has given me solid knowledge of the technical side of business. Combining engineering with marketing and sales knowledge helps me in interpreting technical language to marketing language. Thanks to the experience I have gained in speaking and giving presentations, I feel confident and comfortable in front of big audiences. Cooperation and meeting new people is something that I value and as a result I have a broad network of colleagues in Finland and abroad. Finding the best practices and ideas from the global networks and introducing those in Finland gives great results.
