Previously, I spent over two years at TikTok, where I focused on quality assurance, reporting, and making quick, thoughtful decisions in high-pressure situations. Earlier roles at Majorel and in content labelling helped me build a solid foundation in quality control, training support, and process improvement. What drives me is helping teams work better together, solving problems, and delivering work that makes an impact.
