Passionate about driving positive change, I've spent over 7 impactful years leading transformative initiatives in Haiti. Currently serving as the CEO of the Center for Creative Technology & Entrepreneurship (CCTE) and Event Director at the Youth Employment Summit (YES-24), my focus is on fostering innovation and advocating for youth employment and quality education in my community. My educational journey includes specialized studies in Poultry Management & Technology in India,offering a unique blend of agricultural expertise and entrepreneurial vision. As a Certified Project Management Professional, I've fine-tuned skills in project management, conflict resolution,and leading virtual teams. Certified as a Sustainability Leader with United Global People (UPG) and recognized as an Effective Leader with the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), I bring a commitment to sustainable practices and effective organizational leadership. Being a US State Department alumni and YLAI Collaboration Grant recipient in 2023 further enriches my global perspective and commitment to positive change.My time at Alternatives Business Incubator & Accelerator (ABIA) allowed me to design programs that address complex challenges, contributing to organizational growth. Recognized in the Adult Entrepreneurship Competition for my project "Empowering Unemployed Youth & Women in Haiti," my commitment extends to creating sustainable change. Additionally, I serve as a Board Advisor at Haiti Healthcare Aid (HHCA) since 2019, contributing strategic insights to advance healthcare initiatives.
