Experienced and dedicated high school teacher specializing in French, Italian and Mathematics with 17 years as Head of Department. I also coordinate and supervise the Grade 12 Pre-Leaving Certificate and the administration of the Pre-leaving Oral and Written exams in Italian. My executive management experience incorporates the quality assurance educational standards for French, Italian and Mathematics which have been incorporated as the educational standards for the Education Department. I have also developed the curriculum pedagogical material for French and Italian for Gr 12 which have been institutionalised across the region. I supervise the formative and summative evaluations for grades 8 to 11, complemented with commensurate teacher and mentor training for standards' development and sustainability. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of inspiring and nurturing countless students, helping them achieve academic excellence and personal growth. My passion for teaching extends beyond the classroom, and I am dedicated to continually refining my instructional methods to ensure each student's success. I am eager to connect with fellow educators, share insights, and explore opportunities for collaborative teaching and curriculum development in the field of French literature and language.
