I'm A••• Ahmad. I earned my Bachelor's in Food Science and Technology from Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida University, Lapai, Niger State. Currently, I'm pursuing a Master's in Food and Agricultural Engineering at Kwara State University, Malete, Kwara State. Beyond academia, I serve as a lecturer at Kwara State Polytechnic and also a telecommunications agent. My enthusiasm lies in enhancing quality of life through the applications of food science and Technology.
