I am a proactive and experienced Scrum Master and QA lead. In the last 7 years I have worked with optimizing team performance and fostering indi-vidual growth through coaching and collaboration. Furthermore, I have worked agile transformation and implementing a goal-oriented culture in the Unik organisation. In the last years I have focused on- Dedicated efforts to collaborating with the leadership team to drive organizational transformation towards a goal-oriented ap-proach. Serving as the OKR champion, I have taken the lead in im-plementing and optimizing the Objectives and Key Results (OKR) framework throughout the company. Beginning with top leader-ship, we have initiated the integration of this framework and are now systematically cascading it throughout the organization, en-suring alignment and focus at more levels- Spearheaded Agile transformation efforts in collaboration with the Agile Coach, driving innovation and fostering a culture of collabo-ration with customers- Utilized 1:1 coaching and focused retrospectives to optimize team and individual performance, resulting in enhanced productivity and efficiency- Championed a coaching-centric approach, emphasizing mentor-ship, teaching, and teamwork to cultivate strong team dynamics and empower team members to take ownership- Successfully managed distributed teams, fostering close relation-ships and achieving accelerated delivery timelines within a 6-month period. As a person, I am inherently positive and have a perspective that drives innovation and collaboration within teams. I thrive in a team-oriented en-vironment and derive satisfaction from individual growth through coach-ing. My goal-oriented nature drives me towards achieving objectives effi-ciently and effectively.
