I have over several years in the Sales industry, primarily focusing on Communication. Over the past several years Ive had the opportunity to grow and learn a vast number of skills that I can take with me into my current position at Starbucks. From managing multiple teams through all stages of store operations, to driving sales and profits. The biggest lesson that I know to be gained throughout this journey has been to keep the passion of creating genuine relationships with customers. With this mindset it is always my goal to lead by example with the belief that no customer is ever too young or inexperienced for it
