As a Social Innovation Management Fellow at Amani Institute I’m dedicated to helping businesses and social enterprises innovate and thrive through human-centered design and digital growth strategies. As I believe "empathy" is essential in human design and creativity I’m also passionate about promoting design thinking in school education and workplace and now I'm working with local NGOs in Taiwan to make it happen. My international experiences from working with AI technology in China to tackling education issues in India have broadened my knowledge and perspectives toward this ever-changing world and reaffirmed my personal as well as professional core value - Service. I believe serving and helping others grow will lift us out of preoccupation with the self turn our attention into the world and reconnect us to one another.
