I have over 20 years of experience in the instruction manual industry, starting my career as a writer in both Japanese and English. I have been involved in improving customer manuals, supporting the introduction of DITA and CMS. I also served as a judge for the TC (Technical Communication) Manual Award. In translation tasks, I contributed to the establishment of an in-house multilingual translation workflow. Since 2016, as the General Manager of both the production and development companies of YAMAGATA China. I have embarked on new business areas, including delivering AI-powered waste classification systems to local governments. I continue to serve as the General Manager of China domain while also working on the development of AI products at YAMAGATA Japan.
