I have a history of working in architecture and project development as well as working on active building sites. My experience in the construction industry ranges from tendering to managing the completed building. I am experienced in engineering and construction management, procurement, contracts, construction, and commissioning projects. I have carried out research and written documentation for the Projects in Construction Industry. Amongst the knowledge and skills that I have acquired over the years include proficiency in the use of cost control techniques, databases, spreadsheets, drafting agreements, construction planning and documentation including Legal issues surrounding construction in Latvia.
