For more than two decades I have directed program and product management initiatives to build and grow telecommunication product lines that drive hundreds of millions in annual revenue. Through company mergers and acquisitions I have directed every stage of the product lifecycle and managed key relationships with tier 1 and tier 2 contract manufacturers and key strategic suppliers. Leading several cross-functional teams, I have driven process improvement to optimize manufacturing, supply chain and strategic sourcing to achieve improved margins and profitability. A few of the more challenging and interesting initiatives I have worked on over the years:++ Built the Strategic Sourcing function for HSTX from the ground up, driving $28M in savings in the first year.++ Leveraged an acquisition to re-align product portfolio with a tier 1 contract manufacturer through an RFQ process, enhancing production quality while achieving significant cost savings.++ Re-designed the New Product Development process with a phase-gate model that launched the company’s most successful product, a multi-billion dollar product line today.
