I'm a qualified registered practitioner of safety, Health and the Environment by Ministry of labour and Employment Lesotho. I have over 16 years of working experience in the Health and Safety environment. I have worked in both the public and commercial sectors of several industries. I have maintained my expertise in safety audits, risk analysis and incident investigation, national safety regulation implementation and international best practices for secure workplace during my time in the sector. Along with the responsibilities, I have continued to provide companies with technical assistance in formulating HIV and AIDS policies and have secretariate the National Advisory Counsil for Occupational safety, health, and welfare during the National OSH policy`s development.
