Civil Engineer, PHD in Geographic Information System, I have worked in many domains, experienced in reporting, analyzing, and testing with good knowledge in Oracle ERP and HCM cloud applications. As a Senior Customer Success Manager, I am responsible for the partnership between Oracle and our Strategic clients, driving value realization and return on the client’s investment. I am working directly with our clients to understand business and technical requirements, and to develop solutions to ensure success. I am building a strong relationship by providing project management, customer presentations by focusing on client retention and qualify new potential business opportunities by having frequent interaction with clients directors, VPs, and C-level executives. In my role, I am assisting the customers to expand their usage and adoption of Oracle solution being a trusted advisor by providing resources to answer customers' questions, Working closely with the Sales Executive, and consult with other team members to be sure mutual objectives are met in support of customer satisfaction.
