My background is in Biostatistics, Faculty of Public Health, Universitas Indonesia. I have experience as a Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, Learning and Adapting (MERLA) Officer at Thinkwell-Health Financing Activity Program (HFA). HFA is a technical assistance project designed to strengthen local capacity in financial analyses, stakeholder engagement, learning, and decision-making. HFA supports the Ministry of Health’s (MOH) leadership and vision to improve financial protection, equitable access to quality health services, and health outcomes. I also have work experience as a Casemix Staff (Coordinator for covid-19 claims) at Universitas Indonesia Hospital which is a type B teaching hospital and is one of the COVID-19 referral hospitals in Indonesia. Previously, I also had experience in Monitoring and Evaluation at Expanding Maternal and Neonatal Survival (EMAS) Program a collaborative program between the Government of Indonesia and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) donor agency, which aims to reduce MMR and IMR in Indonesia by 25%. I am a hard worker who is highly motivated to develop in this line of work. I have an intermediate level (MS Office), data processing program (SPSS, STATA, GIS, Epi Data), INA-CBGs coding, E-KLAIM, and V-CLAIM, and in 2013 got reward as a semifinalist in data analysis competitions among students of Java, also have good English both spoken and written. Very motivated to continue to develop my skills and grow professionally. Previous and recent activities have required high attention to detail, verification, controlling, management of data, monitoring, evaluation, and analyzing data.
