My name is Sean C•••, and I am a 24-year-old American student attending Full Sail University in the pursuit of my master's degree in game design. Video games has always been a part of life, through bonding with my uncles, friends and even sparking a competitive drive for me to continue learning principles and strive for constant improvement. My goal is to learn everything there is to know about game design and its many supporting fields in order to not only expand my knowledge, expertise and become more flexible within the industry, but become independent in the future whereby I shall open my own video game studio/company and produce my own games! Work Experience: Information Technology Technical Assistant - St. George's University - 2018-2022 I worked at this position throughout my entire tenure of my bachelor's degree at the St. George's University and worked my way from a standard TA (Technical Assistant) to the Head TA. In this position, I was in charge of managing the various computer labs on campus, offering assistance to students with their emails, with their student accounts and with printing etc. Later I was then promoted to the Head TA position, whereby I was I was in charge of taking inventory every week of the various labs on campus (amount of paper, various inks, waste cartridges etc.), training new TAS on their various responsibilities, and then creating weekly reports. Intern- Radius- July 2021- August 2021 While at this internship I learned about search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine analysis (SEA) whereby we used key terms to determine the location of a specific website in Google's organic search results. I was taught that many companies actually pay Google to falsely move their website higher up in the search results in order to drive business and become more preferable over their competition. I created PowerPoints and surveys while working as an intern that served to gauge the public response to the covid 19 pandemic that was occurring at that time in Grenada. I assisted in creating websites and coming up with innovative ideas that may be utilized to suit clients' requirements and lastly, I was briefly taught some electrical principles such as rj45 connectors and terminating wires.
