A Brunei native, with a strong passion for Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene in the areas of Hazardous Chemicals and Noise Management. Currently working as Officer II of Compliance and International Division at Safety, Health & Environment National Authority (SHENA) of Brunei Darussalam, a statutory body regulating workplace safety and health as well as radiation matters in Brunei. Scope of work includes enhancement of workplace safety and health legislation, guidelines and notices in collaboration with stakeholders to support compliance with WSHA, Cap. 277 and its regulations. Formerly a T. Inspector of Occupational Health Unit, Enforcement Division, conducting workplace inspections and enforcing regulatory requirements. A proud Occupational Health & Safety Science (Hons) graduate from The University of Queensland, Australia, honoured to have received the following academic awards- Three-time recipient of the Dean's Commendation for Academic Excellence - AusSafe Consulting Prize awardee - Professor Ian Gardner Prize awardee - Brunei's Ministry of Education Outstanding Graduate for 2021/22.
