Human Resources professional focused on promoting an organizational culture of excellence and well-being. With a solid trajectory in renowned companies such as Yamaha Motor da Amazônia, Tupperware Brands, Jaguar Land Rover, Nissan and Toyota do Brasil Ltda, I stand out for my strategic HR activities aligned with business goals. My expertise includes talent and leadership development, innovation in internal communications, ESG and promoting mental health in the workplace. In my position at Yamaha Motor da Amazônia as Human Resources Manager, I was responsible for all HR modules, services, internal communication, Occupational Safety, Environment and Health, implementing Production Line Simulation to improve acquisition and development of talents. Furthermore, I led the revitalization of Internal Communication processes, implementation of the Workplace Safety Culture and implementation of circular economy projects, such as the transformation of plastics into new products. At Tupperware Brands, I stood out for aligning HR objectives with business objectives, improving employee relations and implementing a proactive HR presence in operational areas. My actions have resulted in a more connected and effective workforce, minimizing conflict and boosting organizational effectiveness. I started programs such as the Leadership Program and the Revitalization of Basic Factory Conditions. At Jaguar Land Rover, as Development and Selection Manager, I structured and implemented the operational development program in partnership with SENAI, in addition to leading the implementation of the Concept Car in the factory, improving production processes. At Nissan, as Human Resources Manager, I developed and implemented HR policies, training and programs for more than a thousand professionals in less than a year, including a program for people with disabilities. At Toyota do Brasil Ltda, as Section Chief of HR, I was responsible for selection, training and development activities for the startup in Sorocaba. I developed and implemented the leadership program that became benchmarking for other plants, encouraging better development of operators and reinvigorated lean manufacturing activity in the factory. Graduated in Executive MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral and graduated in Psychology from the University of São Paulo.
