I guide my team members to be exceed their potential by leading the way and supporting them in their work. Customer service has always come naturally to me due to a great passion towards people oriented business, and the great team around me is always a large part of creating the experiences for the guests and customers. Communication is also one of the strongest building point of effective, profitable and functional company, and being able to work in cross-cultural community is a great asset I value in my work. Internationality has always been close to my heart, and I love getting to know people around the world and sharing visions and common interests. It's not always all about the people either, we are here to create business and money makes the world go around, for the employees as well as customers. Multi-tasking and working under pressure is a great pleasure of mine, and I love to see my works effect on numbers.
