I am a TV presenter who now works as an anchor for the local news bulletin and talkshow program on iNews TV Makassar and the other channel of MNC Media Group. I also serve as a reporter covering several incidents and events around South Sulawesi, and I report it directly to national news. I am a member of Alliance of Independent Journalist and it helps me to receive numerous opportunities to prove my skill as a writer. I have write some stories for the AJI books about women and children. I am a well-seasoned master of ceremony with 14 years of experience handling events both formal and informal. In 2009, I was appointed to be the MC for Kawasan Timur Indonesia (KTI) Expo which involved the gathering of chiefs of government from the eastern regions of Indonesia. In 2016, I was the MC for the first Polewali Mandar International Folks and Art Festival. I was also the first who performed as MC for the event bilingually. It was a challenge because it was my very first time to do any MC bilingually, which I gladly took since it contributed a lot to upgrade my skill as a public speaker. In addition to being an MC, I am also skilled in handling panel discussions as a moderator, which I have been doing for the last five years. My first experience as a moderater was when I acted as one for KPU RI Goes to Campus in 2017 where I worked closely together with some of the commissioners of KPU RI. I also took part as a moderator for Festival Generasi Makassar under the Millenial Fest where I worked with the chief of Perhimpunan Pelajar Indonesia Dunia (PPI Dunia). It was such an honor to be given the chance to interact with him, from whom I earned a lot of information about Indonesian students’ life abroad.
