I am French and Swiss, having grown up, studied, and lived most of my life in France. During my PhD in Radiation Biology, I developed extensive expertise in radiobiology, oncology, immunology, and scientific communication. My research focused on FLASH radiotherapy, an innovative cancer treatment that minimizes healthy tissue toxicity while preserving anti-tumor efficacy. This experience not only honed my skills in experimental design, project management, data analysis, and public speaking, but also fueled my passion for bridging science with patient care—a passion that has shaped my career ambitions. Currently, as a radiobiologist, I continue to refine these skills while presenting my findings at international conferences and collaborating with the broader scientific and medical community. Beyond my postdoctoral role, I joined Iaculis as a Medical Writer, where I translate complex scientific concepts into accessible materials tailored to diverse audiences, from healthcare professionals to patients. This role, combined with my pursuit of the Board Certified Medical Affairs Specialist (BCMAS) certification, underscores my dedication to transitioning into medical affairs, with the goal of advancing pharmaceutical innovations and ensuring their successful integration into patient care. On a personal level, I bring a collaborative and approachable personality that fosters team cohesion and builds strong relationships across multidisciplinary environments. Known for my adaptability and positive mindset, I excel in leveraging teamwork and creative problem-solving to overcome challenges and achieve impactful results. My passion for connecting with others - whether professionally or through global travel and cultural exploration - has equipped me with the interpersonal skills necessary to thrive in the dynamic field of medical affairs. My ultimate goal is to combine my scientific expertise, communication skills, and interpersonal strengths to contribute to the clinical development and successful implementation of innovative therapies, ensuring they make a tangible difference in patients' lives.
