I have over 20 years of experience in sales, communications, journalism, PR, and event management. An award-winning Sales Professional, I have demonstrated drive, enthusiasm and dynamism in going above and beyond to over-achieve on my targets and KPIs to ensure both my own and my team's success. I enjoy training and upskilling colleagues, and am an active member of my companies' CSR, Women's Leadership, Wellness and Green teams. As the Communications Manager at Glencree Centre for Peace and Reconciliation, Ireland's only peace building centre, I strategically designed and developed all internal and external communications. Qualified as a Life, Executive, Careers and Workplace Coach since 2021, I have been coaching clients to help them uncover clarity, conviction, and confidence in their personal and professional choices. I am passionate about empowering people to achieve their goals and fulfil their potential, as well as promoting peace and reconciliation in my own community and beyond.
